We’re inviting our church family into 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting:
a season to slow down, seek God intentionally, and create space for His peace, presence, and direction in our lives.

There’s no one “right” way to participate.
You can fast or pray in whatever rhythm fits your life, whether that’s once a day, once a week, or in small, consistent moments.

If you're not sure where to start, we've created daily prompts and weekly themes to help guide your journey.

Choose your fast.

Let go of something meaningful to draw closer to God. Consider: • Fast one meal a day or one day a week• Give up social media, streaming, or screen time• Take a break from caffeine, sugar, or another routine comfort

Set a day and time for prayer.

Choose a time each day to pray, read scripture and reflect. This could be in the morning, on a lunch break, or before bed. Even 10–15 minutes of focused time with God can shape your day.

Use the daily prayer prompts.

Each day, we offer a short prompt to guide your prayer. Let it shape your conversation with God, and allow room for silence and listening.

Reflect weekly.

Each week, take time to journal: • What is God saying? • What are you noticing?• What are you releasing or receiving?
