This position is temporary and is intended to provide support for Midtown YTH until a permanent staff member is hired for this area of ministry.
The YTH Coordinator (Sundays) serves under the direction of the YTH Director and helps oversee the development and execution of Midtown’s Sunday YTH gathering.
This role helps shape the Sunday youth experience into a meaningful, stand-alone service designed specifically for students: focused on discipleship, leadership development, teaching, and ministry training. The YTH Coordinator supports the structure and flow of the service, equips and supports volunteer leaders, and helps cultivate an environment where students can grow spiritually while also developing ministry gifts.

The YTH Coordinator serves under the direction of the YTH Director and provides support for Midtown YTH, with a primary focus on the smooth operation of midweek youth gatherings (Wednesday nights).
This part-time role helps create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment where middle and high school students can connect and engage in youth ministry. The YTH Coordinator supports programming flow, assists volunteer leaders, helps monitor student safety and expectations, and ensures the logistical needs of the evening are met.
The Facilities Lead I supports the daily care, safety, and readiness of Midtown Church facilities. This role focuses on hands-on building operations, physical maintenance tasks, event setup and teardown, and on-site support to ensure all spaces are safe, functional, and prepared for ministry use. This position works closely with the Facilities team to support services, events, and ongoing campus operations.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer I to join our Communications Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sacramento, CA (with 1–2 onsite days each week). This role is for a designer who’s plugged into culture: someone with strong design fundamentals, creative instincts, and a feel for how visuals show up in real life and online. You’ll help shape how Midtown Church communicates by creating work across social, digital, and print that feels current, thoughtful, and true to who we are.

The HR Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions at Midtown Church. This role oversees compliance, employee relations, people systems, and leadership support, ensuring that Midtown’s staff practices are legally sound, consistently applied, and aligned with our mission and values.
The HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and people managers, equipping leaders to lead well, addressing complex employee matters, and building scalable HR systems that support a healthy, accountable, collaborative and staff culture.
